Click 1. The Withdraw
Liquid learns from Loft47 which deals you have in your pipeline and automatically calculates the total funds you have available to advance, across all your pending transactions. Just tell us how much you’d like.
Click 2. The Terms
We will apply the requested amount to each property starting with the earliest closing date, keeping fees to a minimum. Review and accept the terms right in the application.
Click 3. The Request
Clicking submit notifies us to jump into action. Our team will handle the reviews, broker approvals and handle the repayment. You’ll only hear from us if we need any additional information.
